She admits she had consensual sex with McDonald but not with Evans

Her morals are irrelevant, Evans was found Guilty by a British Jury in a British Court, he is now using the media to have a retrial and I think that is wrong, he is a nasty Bastard and while I think he should be allowed to continue his career he should STFU accept what he did at best was have sloppy seconds then sneak off and should get on with the rest of his life

And the guy who shags her first gets let off and the guy who shags her second gets done for rape

If this was all known to the jury in the original hearing, you have to wonder how he got sentenced in all fairness.
 
Because the Jury heard more evidence than anyone on here and she admitted consensual sex with the first one PVH ?

Just a thought maybe that had something to do with it

As yet, I have only come across court of appeal transcript, cannot see where she admits consent to the first one, it states she remembers nothing of the events after leaving the bar:

Neutral Citation Number: [2012] EWCA Crim 2559
No. 2012/03067/D2

"The complainant had no recollection of anything which took place after 3am. That extended to the fact that she and McDonald entered the hotel at 4.15am."

"At some time shortly before 4am McDonald became separated from the group of friends. The complainant seems to have wandered into his path. They had a conversation and got into a taxi."

So what you are saying is that the girl in question gave consent in a previous encounter prior to the night in question?

This may be plausible given they were close friends.

From what I've read on the case the only reason the court knew they had both shagged her is that they told that to the court themselves.

She claimed not to have remembered anything between leaving the nightclub and waking up in the hotel the next morning.

No idea why one got done for rape and the other didn't.

No me neither but then I am not judging the silly Girl

He should STFU and get on with his life and leave her to do the same or launch an appeal

He HAS launched an appeal Jom and it is being fast tracked

He clearly believes he cant get on with his life whilst having a conviction for rape against him

And from what I have read on the case then its sordid behaviour no doubt but it doesn't relate to what I considered rape to be myself

Plus the cctv evidence wasn't available to him when he went to court

Bit of a difference from the girl saying she couldn't remember anything from being in the nightclub onwards (where she had claimed her drinks must have been spiked) to seeing her walking into a Hotel unaided on CCTV carrying a pizza she had bought having left the nightclub !!

Anyway I will give you a sporting bet that Evans wins that appeal

 
Also there were rumours the girl had tweeted to her friends that she was going to "win big" before the court case. This was denied in court. Following the court case an American guy who fights miscarriages of justice was able to hack into something and find the following tweets:

‘Remind me never to tell @XXXXXXX when I win big!..... She’s going to kill me! #scaredformylife! Haha!’

‘@XXXXXXX I will get us matching pink Mini Coopers! Haha! Just seen them pictures on Facebook, I forgot bout XXXXXXX! Haha! X’

Of course Bremen - on the top of each page on the website this is made clear

Any convicted criminal who maintains their innocence after conviction is allowed by the Ministry of Justice to put their case on the internet

The vast majority of information on the website is already in the public domain and I deliberately linked to the page of undisputed facts

Worth pointing out that at the end of the case Evans had 28 days to appeal which he did and failed

However his second appeal with new evidence has been fast tracked by the watchdog to allow it to be heard in weeks rather than normal timeframe of 18 months

I had zero interest in this case until reading about it on here. I decided if I am going to comment on whether he should be forgiven or punished I ought to at least find out what he is alleged to have done.

Having looked at his case I feel sorry for the guy myself.

For anyone who has taken time to give their opinion on whether he should be forgiven or not then I think you can't do that without at least looking at the undisputed facts at least.

I think vast majority who have commented in the thread have done so with no knowledge of the case.

That's not a criticism - when I first commented in the thread I had no idea what he had been accused of etc

If what he did was rape then I would suggest we will have plenty of posters on here who have committed rape or done similar at least without thinking they'd done anything wrong.

Reminds me of a few stag weekends away in Blackpool or Whitley Bay where numerous lads end up shagging birds who have had a drink in hotel rooms

She accused both of them of rape..they both shag her, one gets off and one ends up having his life ruined. Like i said already, they should have been both convicted or both acquitted.

The girl is clearly a lying little slapper who is on the make. Her tweets make that obvious.

I hope ched evans sues her for compensation and donates it to a rape charity for genuine victims when his conviction is overturned. A blatant miscarriage of justice. !! Years spent in prison, football career ruined, branded a rapist,..who is the real victim here?? Yet some think he should apologise and move on with his life? fook off!!
 
Payola - She never initially accused either of them of rape - that's the incredible bit

She contacted police to report theft of her handbag (which CCTV showed she actually left in the kebab shop)

Police tracked down the two lads who booked the hotel room they were asked what happened and they told police they both had consential sex with her at the hotel

The police then put forward the fact it could be considered rape as she claimed she couldn't remember anything that happened at all since leaving the nightclub so she couldn't have consented to sex

Yet when she left the nightclub she texted her mate with the message "where are you"

She paid with the correct change for her kebab and its her who is seen approaching the first lad to ask him where he's going before she herself flagged down the taxi to go to the Hotel with the first player

And walks into the hotel unaided still carrying her pizza

Why has she flagged down a taxi to go to a hotel with a lad?

(all the above is on cctv)

She hasn't claimed either lad raped her she's just said she can't remember anything that happened

Somehow the court decided she did want to have sex with the first lad but she didn't want to have sex with Evans

There were only three people in the room. Evans and his mate both said she wanted sex with both of them. She says she can't remember anything that happened.


Tests showed her drinks weren't spiked but that she was 2.5 times over the drink drive limit and had traces of cocaine in her system which she said she had taken a week earlier

In court the girl said she was used to drinking far more so her drinks must have been spiked or she would remember what happened

All the above are undisputed facts of the case not hearsay

If the lads had both said they just ate pizza in the room then there would have been no case for them to even answer

They just told it as it happened not thinking they had done anything wrong

An expert showed she lied on oath about taking the cocaine a week earlier. He said it had to have been taken at least 3 to 5 days prior to the attack.

You mention the word slapper. Well, the Jury did not see the witness statements that showed she had a tendency towards promiscuity.

Now i'm not saying having casual sex frequently with different partners warrants rape.

However, would it have swayed the jury's decision if they had known that, and that she had made prior accusation of rape on a previous occasion?

The police file on the case has the words Titus Bramble written on the top and underlined which was the police office thinking he had another case similar to bramble on his hands

I believe the girl got 680 compensation so not enough for the two pink minis
