Try Hamburg as an option?Seemingly so, unless they charter more flights from other locations.
Copenhagen to Midgetland is over 300km.

I think a lot of people are missing this pointFor as long as i am following forest we have always struggled against physical teams
Yes we need to try to get it won in the first legJust looked on AA Route planner - c16 hours drive, only direct flight to Bilund is from Heathrow & with a 12000 seater stadium, we'll probably get no more than a 1000 tickets (probably less).
We need to turn up at CG for this fixture & if we play the fringe players, we'll be out before the 2nd leg!
totally agree. thats how i see it as well.I think a lot of people are missing this point
They are looking at Betis Vs Midtjylland and thinking "Spanish team way better than Danish".
Look at the teams we are shite against- well organised, defensive, highly physical, battling, focus on set pieces.
We are way better off with Betis
About 35 years since we properly turned up for a home game in a two leggerJust looked on AA Route planner - c16 hours drive, only direct flight to Bilund is from Heathrow & with a 12000 seater stadium, we'll probably get no more than a 1000 tickets (probably less).

Shame we're shite at shooting then . How often do we ping one in from outside the box ?Shots from outside the box might be crucial v the Danes. Would be surprised if we gain any advantage by having corners, so we should practice " pepper" the opposition from shots from outside the box nd Jesus to be ready for any tap ins. Crosses are going to be a waste of energy.

Doesn't work like that, though. MGW scores that penalty, then nobody knows what score that game finishes or any subsequent games. If Gibbs- White had scored that penalty at Braga, Forest would have beaten Braga, and would have finished in Braga's final position in the Europa League. That would mean that in the coming round, after not having a two- legged qualifier in Turkey and last week, that Forest would be playing Ferencvaros, whom they beat 4- 0 in the league phase, with victory in that leading to either Panathanaikos or Real Betis. Forest were unlucky to draw against Betis under Postecoglou. From there it would be one of Genk, Freiburg, Celta Vigo or Lyon.
Just shows what happens when players cannot do simple things properly.

It really doesn't. It is a totally different game if that penalty goes in. Braga might have ended up with 20 shots and 10 goals (taking it to extremes).Braga had ZERO shots on target in that game. If MGW had scored that penalty, there would not have been a breakaway with the Forest players upfield and someone just walking through for Yates to score an OG.
Forest beat Ferencvaros 4-0.
It does work like that, in this particular case.
Yes on reflection you're totally right- I was just looking downwards from Braga, rather than upwards! A 1- 0 win against Braga would have put Forest 4th, and with the knock- on effect, the draw would be as you say.By my maths, if we’d beat Braga 1-0, we’d have finished with 17pts and a +10 goal difference, meaning we’d have finished 4th?
The problem, of course, is that in finishing above Ferencvaros, they’d have finished a place lower, and would have played Fenerbache - who would have beaten them.
Betis, Braga, and Freiburg would have all finished a place lower, which would dramatically change the draw.
So yeah, if we’d won another football match, the draw would have changed - not necessarily for the better, though. It would just be completely different.
It's that word "if" again. I love the word "if"
