Agreed. Quite a few of the lower placings look a bit weird. Prior to this season, Stevenage had spent only 3 years in L1, whereas Burton and Fleetwood have had longer runs at the higher level. See also Newport, stuck in L2 since returning to the League in 2013. I can't believe their record is superior to Wycombe's.

Then there are the records of the clubs that folded, but then re-formed (not included in the list): Aldershot, Darlington, Hereford etc.

Our position of 80th looks about right.
 
Looks a bit unreliable. No way would we be below Stevenage - they were non league till 2010 and we have out performed them in the last 6 years.
 
This was first published in 2015 (when we were 84th). Last year we were 81st. Teams were originally supposed to have been in the top four divisions for 15 seasons since 1964, so Stevenage weren't included back in 2015. Now they have, I suspect their 'average' is only based on the last 15 seasons, not on their entire existence since 1964.

More 'clickbait' than serious number crunching at the lower levels.

Is this the source data? Are the averages from those seasons a club was within the 92 and to be in the table at least 10 seasons were needed from the last 50 years?

Yes. I would prefer to see one that includes non league as a ranking if that makes sense
