Football Media 22/23

There will be huge pressure on Erik this season for a top 4 finish. If he can't get some new blood to work with all his tactical nous will be of little use with his current mob of players, so GOODBYE Erik could be the case after just one season at the helm.
And not just any new blood. He's looking for a head start by trying to recruit some existing 'converts' from Ajax to help shortcut the process. Without them he may find it's going to be harder than he was led to believe as I am sure he will have been told of the 'pulling power' of the self-styled "biggest club in the world" :bull:

Shouldn’t have done it and paid the price…….

But I have to wonder whether this man has been the only person ever to receive such punishment after doing this given that it happens elsewhere with regularity but is rarely if ever reported upon…..

Flares are dangerous, he got off lightly in my opinion.

The Prize when your club is top of the pile, any bad news however remote is bread and butter for the snipers, but I agree with JK he got off lightly

Next season’s FA Cup and League Cup finals at Wembley will feature safe standing sections after the Government gave top clubs the all-clear to open standing areas in their grounds.

Premier League and Championship teams will now be able to introduce safe standing sections from the start of next season, following a successful trial earlier this year.

At Wembley, there will be a “small licensed standing area” for domestic matches this season, the Government announced. This would include the FA Cup final and semi-finals and the League Cup final, but not international fixtures due to Uefa and Fifa regulations.

Season tickets for 2022-23 have already sold out, but will this mean for 2023-24 that tickets will be cheaper if it is standing only in domestic competitions?
It won't apply to Europe.

I am deliberately putting this in the Football Media thread because it is such a horseshit article. FFS who have Vital employed to write this utter tripe and total Non Story?

It's the equivalent of reporting that there is "No chance that the City board are considering moving the Etihad stadium ten feet further north"! What a worthless waste of time. The sort of shite that gets published by rag tops. Beggars belief. :shake:
