Hmm. Travelling to Newcastle on 13 August for my nephew's wedding at Jesmond Dene House the following day.

It wouldn't be too much trouble for them to bring the date of the wedding forward a week, would it?

That’s an annoying opening month. Starting away at Newcastle and having City and Everton away. Not easy!

We started away at Everton in 1977/78. Won 3-1. The following week we were waiting for the bubble to burst. 41 games later, we were still waiting !

2021 Some tough fixtures coming up against the likes of Bournemouth, Fulham , West Brom and Sheffield United.

2022 Some easier games coming up against the likes of Bournemouth, Fulham, Leeds, Everton, Brentford .......

Suvival means beating the teams around us at the bttm. Do that, we survive, simples. We should be targeting all those games especially imo.
