Fulham and Nottingham Forest exceeded an adjusted loss of £6million
Bolton have been punished after failing to submit their FFP return on time
All three clubs will be unable to sign players for the rest of the season
Top flight Bournemouth also posted losses of £6m and will face a fine
Millwall went over the maximum, but escape punishment after relegation
