FIFA For Sale

If UEFA leave FIFA and/or boycott the World Cup, they’ll have my full support. Save what integrity football has left. FIFA has been corrupt for years, time to move on.
If everyone pulls out, The Gills should enter to represent England and go straight to a final with Argentina (as there's no one else there)
Bring back Hess to man mark Messi and break his legs.
Gills become world champions after a penalty shoot out at the end of a game where neither side got out of their own half and there were no shots on goal.

Sorted 👍

And the Falklands would still be ours.

Great, one slight edit. Hess gets Messi sent off by winding him up. Messi gets a second red for raging at officials while pointing at what look like teeth marks on his legs

A World Cup without the European nations would be much less of a ‘saleable’ asset. Other nations would withdraw too.

UEFA let’s do it!

Well well well what a combination Fifas corrupt anything for money boss and Trumps son in law on the investment side no wonder so much arse licking went on over Trump’s successful world cup
Infantini would happily ruin football as long as he ended up with a hefty bank account and the love of uncle Donald

The problem with FIFA is that there are 211 members, and each one has a vote. So Somalia, Sri Lanka, Vanuatu and San Marino all have a vote on the World Cup without ever having a chance of playing in the World Cup finals. And they will all get £30m if they vote in favour of the proposal

It appears to me that breaking point is getting closer.Somalia etc don't get the money if major countries don't play ball

What are the odds on getting the 30 mill, and what certainty does one have to give up to be in the running?

Edit
Times says Europeans will boycott.

Well that's the UEFA threat, that the big European/ South Ameican countries that are providing the "product" will withdraw and leave the other countries with 1/200th of not much.

infantino is going to be re-elected, he has the votes from Africa and Asia. This World Cup sell off seems to be the only issue where everyone is united that the producing nations shouldn't be ripped off by the non-producing nations!

The Revolution already happened here with the premier League in Cricket it took Kerry Packer .
Other sports have had their own way forward.
International football saw what happens when the big money people take control.
Strange that around 25% still want Reform to run the country given what we know about them and the way those who can buy anything will dominate the agenda.
