When you read down, it includes the fact that Chelsea is also under investigation but it is only City in the headline.
Now I don't know whether or not we are guilty but it's the spotlight on just City that gets my goat.

Touch of 'smoke and mirrors' in my opinion. FIFA say this then they say that.

I do get the feeling however that they, FIFA and UEFA have got it in for us. Not sure why. Is it because we boo the Champions League anthem.

I'm sure the club know what they are doing and have covered all basis.

And the hacks seem to have it in for us, Mr. T. If not, why only City in the headline and not Chelsea.

No statement from FIFA? Not even a source quoted, odd.

The Garre case gets another mention I see, we're supposed to learn the outcome of that case by the end of the month however its still not listed as a case waiting to be heard on CAS website and their list goes into April :048:

Envy, jealousy, something like that.

They probably didn't want to be too mean to poor little Chelsea, beaten last night by the rotten bullies from Barcelona. Can't beat them up again. That would be mean.

The BBC took the opportunity to mention that City & Liverpool had 'by far the easiest opponents in the last 16' as they laid the groundwork to let little Chelsea (such a struggling club) down gently as if playing Barcelona etc in the first knock out round rather than the QF or SF made a difference. Whenever we failed to qualify or get through it was always 'a club with the resources at their disposal and the money they have spent......' :040: :040:

Yes, and have you seen the "Chelsea take positves from defeat" articles?
If we get knocked out, your 'club with the resources at their disposal and the money they have spent' will be wheeled out.

We are the champions elect, in the last 8 of the CL, winners of the League Cup, are probably the bigger club and last but not least City is easier to squeeze into a headline than Chelsea?
