It bodes well for our appeal. We should be looking at getting 2 points back. Two points is bullshit. Can we appeal it?

So this rule will be good for us next season. Don't need to sell anyone, if 2 points off is the punishment. So they took double jeopardy as mitigation
But ignored our already agreed and signed off accounts?
Sounds legit
Not really as different seasonSo this rule will be good for us next season. Don't need to sell anyone, if 2 points off is the punishment.
Where is the logic behind a smaller deduction for a second breach?
Does common sense not dictate that it should be a smaller deduction for the first offence and larger deductions for subsequent offences if clubs aren't learning their lesson?
you'd think so wouldn't you, but Don't think premier League & common sense can be used in the same sentence mateWhere is the logic behind a smaller deduction for a second breach?

There is no common sense , logic has gone out of the window , they literally don't know what they're doing . Next season : Premier League deduction points by Tombola.Where is the logic behind a smaller deduction for a second breach?

Its not double jeopardy though, is it?They didn’t manage to reduce the debt the next season and carried on spending. Double jeopardy is bollocks but if we survive I expect us to get either one point or none as we have actually reigned things in.
Absolutely. The only bright spark from this is the fact that it gives us precedent if we stay up.Its not double jeopardy though, is it?
Double jeopardy is being convicted of the same crime twice; this is nothing like that.
The previous points deduction was related to the three year cycle ending 21/22
This deduction was related the the three year cycle ending 22/23
The fact that the 21/22 deduction was imposed this season was as much Everton's fault as anyone's.

How does it affect our appeal? This one looks to be based on the stupid logic that it’s double jeopardy. It bodes well for our appeal. We should be looking at getting 2 points back.

Can’t see it having any impact for this season. Next season is a different matter.proportionality?
Eh?Not really as different season
Erm, I am NOT your dearmy dear cornflake, at what point in this entire farce has common sense played a role?
