FFP 2.0. Fair or Foul?

In all honesty ,I wouldnt think Daniel Levy ever gave any of the details in this proposal a second thought .
All the time he has Poch running the playing part of the club , he can keep his blood pressure under control by working out how much commercial profits he can bring in by dabbling with corporate issues. He can leave Poch to balance the transfer dealings ,keep us in the CL with not a hope of winning it, and raising the clubs profile
Losing 100 million pounds on transfer dealings........ Not a chance .
I do think, though, that this is a plot to keep the elite in their own little positions . FFP1 will be blown out of the water even further than it is already , we already have MU saying they cannot keep up with MC.
Conte won't be at the Chavs next season because the toys in his pram have the wrong designer logos .
Basically ,with the new proposals , anybody that can't afford to lose 100 million in a season won't stand a chance. That is an obscene amount of money

The tools to truly level the playing field are just not there. UEFA and its lack of FFP enforcement around related party sponsorships has killed any restrictions that could have helped.

Albeit, City has done a remarkable job of diversifying its sponsorships. At least on the surface. It would be interesting to know if there are any behind the scenes ties between the entities.

There are relationships pre-existing between almost all it's key sponsors..and UEFA know it.
