Haven't forgotten to leave that review on Amazon either, I'm eyeing up a few purchases to get me over the "fit for Amazon reviewage" line, lol.

Working on a book of poems, after the ones in the main book went down so well. This one is a bit of fun!

Rubik Relax

I bought a Rubik’s cube
I thought it would relax me
I got one side all right
The side was all white
But then with a twist and turn
It all went wrong
And I couldn’t get it back
To how it was meant to be
I bought a Rubik’s cube
I thought it would relax me
My anger rose
And the cube was thrown
It rebounded off my wall
And hit me in the face
And down I did fall
Blood flowed
I’m a bloody disgrace
I bought a Rubik’s cube
I thought it would relax me
Now I’m in casualty
Bits of the puzzle embedded deeply
I bought a Rubik’s cube
It didn’t relax me.
 
I have now, finally, purchased THE book. I was rather hoping not to have to but no bugger bought it off my amazon wish list for jesus birthday.

Anyway, Mrs Beefy has siezed on the opportunity to now get me to not look at my phone in bed and instead read the damn book each night.

This will commence tomorrow. Updates to follow.
