Very briefly, so I could be wrong but my take away was: Comic Book Guy tried claim misrepresentation over items excluded from the data room and estimations of debt, also the importance of repayment dates. He lost again and now we are 4.2m out of pocket.

Data room discrepancies seems to be far from the only bone of contention and the value excluded only seemed to be 120K. Again not read thoroughly though.

There was another figure mentioned which was around 1.5m.

The expenses they accrued would have been far higher than any amount they were trying to recover; they had to employ accountancy specialists to pass judgement on what accountancy terminology actually meant.
