Father arrested for treating daughter

Oh Heath - please no actual facts. All the drivel comes from Herer and stands up to no rational examination

How do you know they are "actual facts"? A group of powerful men started this conspiracy, they bribed governments, that is a fact, they led a massive media campaign against cannabis, that is also a fact, they even made films full of lies, that is also a fact, all verifiable, checkable, facts. Obviously such powerful individuals would never dream of using websites and would never dream of lying on a website, that's just not cricket!

- of course that doesn't stop it being repeated and becoming FACT for the tinfoil brigade.

Of course all the verifiable facts in the universe mean nothing to the closed minded. some questionable articles on the farming of hemp and suddenly this source of protein, oil, plastics, fuel, cloth, rope, isn't given credence, this medicinal herb that has been used since at least Egyptian times is a subject only suitable for the "tinfoil brigade"!

Weird no other Country or company cleaned up with this wonder product - must all be in on the conspiracy I guess.

You do understand that we are talking about cannabis here don't you? You know, that crop that is illegal to grow, that cannabis, which I suppose will be why no one is cleaning up with it, apart from the dealers of course.

Nothing to see here, I'm sure your towering intellect would be put to much better use in the word association thread, but then again, maybe not.

Are you American by any chance?

But if it was legalised Mike, you could grow it yourself and big pharma have nothing! Did you forget that bit?

Juan, the information I posted is correct. It is all readily verified.

You now talk about Cannabis, and I agree, there has been a long running campaign against it, but your original post was about Hemp. Your conspiracy against this just doesn't exist. Just go back to the legislation and look for yourself. You accuse others of being blind and taken in by the establishment, yet you do the same about these conspiracies. As usual, the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

Most wouldn't Juan, they wouldn't go to the trouble...most don't go to the trouble to grow their own veg despite it always tasting better and working out cheaper, they wouldn't make the effort.

Pharma would still clean up, as from the little I know anyway they are fine with it remaining banned for home growth (as you'd expect) BUT a serious relaxing of use via them for health reasons, removing the hoops and regulations they have to go through for the limited sales they make - get rid of those and everybody would benefit - especially the modified strains out there - they'd make a killing.

Worldwide, only about 200,000 acres of land were devoted to hemp cultivation in 2011, according to the Food and Agriculture Organization, with that number being “flat to decreasing” in recent years in the 30 countries where hemp is cultivated.

There are good reasons for this. Chief among them is demand, which isn’t as high as hemp’s loudest proponents would have it. In Europe, demand fell through the 20th century as industrial buyers increasingly chose cheaper or better alternatives for many applications — often artificial fibers.

Just propaganda its illegal because it directly competed with cotton back in the day... As soon as a hemp loom was created the game changed and they had to make it illegal... Madness...

People are dumb as fuck if they were to understand that this would change our world then it would change the game...

Hemp is also abetter crop than cotton, being the second fastest growing crop plant after bamboo it can be sown and harvested several times during a growing season.......and that's in the UK climate.

It's not illegal to grow Hemp in the US, and never has been. Where did that come from, because it just isn't? Am I dumb as fuck, or am I missing something?

Just because it is fast growing does not mean it is better. It takes more water, and the useable element is very small, so you need to grow more. The studies that "proved" it was better were extremely biased, choosing the best possible conditions for Hemp, and the worst for Trees or Cotton.

Does anyone really think that there are many farmers out there that would not grow Hemp if it made more profit?

Rules are made for the guidence of wise men.

Sadly on this occasion Rules are Interperated by fucking Idiots.
