Living in deepest Norfolk, the general feeling is that he is a good Championship Manager but out of his depth in the Premiership. His recruitment has not been good in spite of spending £60 m in the Summer.

Isn't the suggestion that he is Head Coach and had very little involvement in recruitment. I think they were saying on the radio last night that the bloke who put out the statement from the club deals with that aspect. Sometimes the head coach/manager takes the flak for others not getting their job right
