Some people have been having issues with the electronic PDFs for the season tickets.

When you save them, with your details on and then attach them, you can't view them. They appear as blank documents. Which is why if you check your email and view them, from any device they remain blank.

I have spoken to a mate in commerce and they have said this is standard practice to keep your data safe.

If you actually click on the save option, post sending, from your sent items folder say...or when retrieving it from an email, it then populates it, with the required data you have inputted, when downloaded.

So don't worry. The information is on there. Just not visible until downloaded. I just hope that this briefing has been given to those opening the emails in the club, otherwise we'll be doomed.

Actually saving the (filled-in) document itself can be an issue. Only after pressing the 'add notes' icon could I see the save and save as options, right clicking also did not reveal these. [PC defaulting to ms edge for opening pdf ]

Yes. I had to get mini Jeffina to figure that out for me. 12 years old and she said. "Football," Kevin like teenager huff and puff, "What a waste of money."

If you have used pen & ink and sent it back then I wonder if the club have the latest updates to the software. One for the club IT department.

I haven't heard anything either, but they have debited my card with the correct amount - that must mean my form was legible.
