Yep sorry. Currently 'getting hammered' on holiday with the wife and kids in Turkey. The Turkish who strangely, despite not being In the eu yet, prefer to deal in euros. Probably because they'll still be worth something in the morning. Not sure if they take pounds.
 
AK, aren't you scared of what all those Muslims might do to your family? Why haven't you taken heed of VG and his fodder?

BTW, my family had a great time there a few years ago - near Antalya.
 
All the locals really friendly. That said we've stayed in the resort mostly so far. Unfortunately both the boys have got a stomach bug so just having a couple of quiet drinks in the hotel room tonight and an early night while watching the boys.

We did see a lady in a burkini. Didn't feel threatened at all. Vg would be shatting himself, no doubt.

That said a 3 year old Turkish boy did try to walk off with my son's football today at the pool when we tried to play with him. They must teach them to hate kafir quite young over here.
 
I've never been to Turkey, but a few of my mates swear by it- reckon it's great for families
