I'm not attending tonight because I will be watching my Nephew at football training (finally got my priorities right!)

If anyone who attends could provide updates of the bits that can be posted that would be appreciated.

Highlight of the night for me & Jez haters won't like this but genuinely blown away by the presentation & what goes into enticing a player to Lincoln! Unbelievable amount of work and bloody amazing!!!
All the guys on top form, just wish I'd got there earlier to get seats!

The more I have heard Jez speak both on the recent Red Imps Club interview with Hortin and on the Stacey West Deadline Day pod cast, almost an hour long discussion, I fail to see how anybody cannot be impressed with the guy. So very open in terms of the process from identifying a target to getting them to come to the Club, I am sure most of us would not realise what happens to achieve this, now we do. UTI.

In case there are no other updates from anyone attending Gary has posted this on the Stacey West

I have never understood the Jez haters or the reasoning behind it. The recruitment team have had far more successes than failures over the past few years, and clearly do an excellent job.

But then if we spend the rest of this seasion 10 points clear at the top, there will still be complainers. Its built into the old-guard Lincoln mindset unfortunately.

I live too far away to attend these events unfortunately, but if some of the 'old- guard' took the time and made the effort and opened their minds to come along surely they could not fail to be impressed with ALL the people at the top end of the Club and what they say and actually DO ! In my 60 + years of supporting the Imps we have never been in such a good place as a Club IMO and we need to enjoy what is in front of us. LCFC is a brilliant Club ! Compare and contrast to what is at the end of the A15 and A46 !!!!!
UTI.

Like those complaining about John Ward only managing to score 29 goals in the 1975/76 season.
Quite right too, he missed so many chances, should have scored 50. What we'd have achieved that season with a natural goalscorer in the team.

In all seriousness, every club will have a small proportion of supporters who are never happy unless they have something to moan about irrespective of how the club is performing, and are vocal about it, happily piling in whenever we lose and being noticeably quieter in the second half of last season.

But for the majority of us Imps, these are the best years with the club in good hands and remarkable but sustainable progress on and off the pitch.

It’s like Duncan who I saw in the GBM stand on Tuesday night, he constantly slagged off the club even when things were going well. So much so that he is now a Posh ST holder (I believe), good riddance Dunc, though he probably enjoyed seeing us lose.

He's back being a Lincoln fan again, not that he goes very often, he's normally ruining some poor amateur sides afternoon on a Saturday 😂

"as well as future growth and expansion opportunities (Jason). Jason’s bit was perhaps the most surprising, and while I won’t divulge too much of what was said, it’s unreal to hear how, as a football club, we’re trying to futureproof."

Intriguing... anyone else who was there care to divulge ?

Is there likely to be any video coverage or don’t they do that any more?
From the club website:

'City's chief growth and innovation officer Jason Futers will present on some of the exciting developments he is working on. Jason will be followed by head coach Michael Skubala and director of football Jez George who will explain the club's approach to recruitment and style of play.

'These two presentations will not be recorded so those talking can be as open as possible with those in the room.

'These presentations will be followed by a session, which will be recorded, where director and investor Harvey Jabara will join Liam, Jason, Michael and Jez to answer questions from the floor.'
