Potential TV tie. (not having seen the other ties to see who Wrexham/Birmingham/Salford got).

Not so good for Boston/Gainsborough I did see

Birmingham away at Sutton will get a TV game
Wrexham at Harrogate you'd not normally think so, but we know how the TV people like to get excited over them
Tamworth v Huddersfield also probably a decent shout for a TV game but considering where we are you'd have thought our game would get TV interest

Happy with that.
Will be a challenging tie, but it ‘should’ be an away win and progression - hope we take the game seriously and pick a strong side.

Unlikely I'd have thought, unless they're doing the Sunday afternoon thing. They'll be all over the Hollywood/US stuff (except us) then any club prefaced by "insert famous ex-player/manager's name", they've mentioned Bruce and Clough tonight.

Northampton Kettering and Franchise v Wombles would also be likely?

Southend v Charlton will get TV interest as well
Anyone have any idea as to how many TV games there will be and who is broadcasting this year. Is it just BBC?

Reasonable draw for both clubs I would say. Need to make sure we really go for a professional performance and at least get them back to the Bank. I mean it’s not as if we have played badly against lower league cup opposition this season already!?

Say nice things about them, prepare properly ( not like Kennedy didn't against Chipenham ) as I am sure MS will do, and give 'em a right good stuffing ! No problem !!

Think this is the first season where "get them back to the Bank" is not an option?

When does the PL introduce it's ban on FA Cup first round ties?

More importantly, I'm worried that they are in a higher division than Chippenham and Carshalton. Beware the non leaguers beginning with the letter C. We have faced a right bunch of C's over the last decade.

Replays are gone

Looks like Chesham ground capacity is 5,000 including their 280 odd seats. Sounds set up for the perfectly proportioned first round tie.
