The Fear

A Wise Man (once sat next to him)
How strange.

Last 3-4 months my eyes had gone from fine to really degenerating to the point I went to the speccy place and got new glasses (before I had entry level glasses that I sometimes put on when on the computer just when eyes got tired) and had a stronger prescription.

Come away and all of a sudden my eyes are back to being ok, reading and on the computer fine without glasses.

It hasn't been brain pressure (pretty sure) as that usually affects things a bit differently (albeit the big flair up in 2012/13 they did the pressure test and they were sky high... but didn't make my eyes blurred)

Goodness knows what this is all about then but pleased at the moment! Before I couldn't read the date on my watch now it is back to clear as day.

My eyes have got better as I've got older to the point that I can now drive without glasses.

seems strange though, quickly went downhill, was really struggling, then back to normal... all in the space of 3-4 months.

Not complaining, didn't much like the constant use of glasses. My eyes and teeth are the only functional parts of me!!!!!

Yam making sure your eyes am tested and pressure checkjed ay ya mate, pressure behind the yes can cause blurring not just the brain, also watch how mnuch yam on computors and get many breaks in between!

I think it was from Rhonda Patrick on a Joe Rogan podcast if not it was some biologist on the same podcast.

So if you vary the distance you look at rather than keep looking at screens/TV/books i.e. look into the distance for a while you can 'balance' out your eyesight. Looking at one thing constantly almost makes that become a crutch that you get used to.

Not sure if its fully backed up by science but I try to do it at work.

I have used glasses for reading and computer work for about 8 years now and I've never seen a real marked improvement, or deteriation for that matter.

Very strange that though JF.

yeah pressure was tested Clive, during my flair up the eye pressure went sky high (they feel like they are popping out) but never causes that sort of blurring.

Anyway, whatever it is, I'm chuffed! LOL

Oh and no, no cannabis oil SJH

Makes sense balancing it doesn't it CDX?!

Maybe it was an act of Green Tea? :98: you was touched by an angel then :10: :10: :10: :10:
