Extra Password Required on Eventbrite??

Anyone have any info/ideas on why I'm being prompted for a password to get in to buy tickets? And no, not my regular Eventbrite password to log in... once I selected the ticket type a new page comes up with 'Lincoln City v Crawley Town' Password Required.

I thought this might be my membership number... alas it seems not... very frustrating...

And added to that, why do LCFC insist on starting ticket sales at crazy times like 7:30pm on a Friday night when there is no chance of contacting the club should any issues with Eventbrite occur (or when most of the general population might be out and not able to get to a laptop!!!)

Bought 2 tickets via Eventbrite in last 2 weeks, one on phone app (7pm not ideal that night for me) and one on laptop, not come across anything different in the process to last season and certainly no additional password page.

Part of the 7pm thinking in the past was objections from people who work during "office hours" that that they could not get internet access during such times (or were not allowed to do so). My conspiracy theory regarding the days chosen is that they are specifically timed such that first opportunity for collections (noting the 3 working days for processing) do not fall on match days.
