One of the frustrations we have to live with is that Larry jettisoned some players and brought new ones in and it didn't work (although he still believes it would have) and Critch has jettisoned a lot of players and brought a lot of replacements in. I don't want another manager in who brings about another major overhaul and we get no further in the short term. I think Critch has until Xmas to demonstrate a solid turnaround in results and if not hopefully we get a manager in who says I need three experienced players in the transfer window and not a mad sale. We have no option but to sit tight with most of these players for at least a season.
