FA Youth Cup Report | Everton U18 4 Latics U18 2 (AET)An excellent effort from Latics, who led thanks to goals from Harry McHugh and Sean McGurk. Tom Cannon's extra-time double was the difference in the end, though.
The focus now turns to retaining the U18 Professional Development League title.

Outstanding game to watch 1st half.End to end,we looked a real threat going forward,took the goals superbly with some decent finishing and deservedly led at the break.2nd half we were less of a threat going forward,but we competed really well and very nearly won it towards the end.Considering we had both our 1st choice CBs injured that was a great effort tonight and that clearance off the line from one of their replacements was stunning.
ET was ruined by a horrendous penalty decision,which was basically a clear dive,but the lads kept fighting to the end and there was a few tastey tackles to say the least.
They've done themselves and the club proud tonight! Well done lads!
