Eventbrite Notifications for New Seasom Tickets

Evening.

The money for our new STs was taken from my Credit card on 5th May. I've not had an Eventbrite notification yet for next year.

I've read on some of the threads that people have had it and others haven't, whom have had money debited.

Can I ask for experiences on this, before I trouble the club office please?

I was told in the office that ST cards and Eventbrite versions wouldn't be happening for a while.

Wouldn't worry about it. Well, unless you've not got anything a couple of days before the season start! No rush.
 
Sent my application about a week back. Payment was pending on my credit card when I checked yesterday. Don't recall any EB notification but did get a mail from LCFC saying application was being processed somewhere between.
 
No worries - chill.

I sent my form back on 30 April, my CC was debited on 4 May; I received the renewal confirmation email only today (Friday 18th).

They have almost 6,000 renewals to wade through. As I posted a week or two ago, that would take one employee three months if they were to complete one transaction every five minutes.
 
I've applied and paid for my Legends and didn't have a season ticket last year...
 
Same here Jeff! They have taken the money now but no EB notification! I would not worry the club myself there extremely busy im sure we are in the system! Panic in 2 months time!
 
Posted on May 1st, Account debited on the 4th, e mail from Eventbrite received on the 15th.
 
Posted mine on the 2nd and heard nothing since....
Done mine on zebra finance which has gone through and my payments begin on June 1st.
 
I've put the cat amongst the pigeons by adding my Uncle to my first ever renewal, so have to submit his application on the general date, thus delaying my application

My Uncle was a season ticket holder for many years and returns after 10 years as a carer for my Auntie, so thats at least one addition to the throng, albeit in sad circumstances.

Well my forms have gone missing thanks to Royal mail!
