Euros Germany 2024

Shame, Hansen always came across well and talked sense, and now we have Alex Ross.
What did Hansen (Seven league titles, three European Cups, five domestic cups, 600+ appearances for club, and 60+ appearances for country... ) know about football, compared to Alex Ross (nice tits) really..?

Hope he recovers from whatever ails him...Liked him as a player, and a pundit.

And they’re wasted as she bats for the opposition 🫤

Germany's spine is striking:

Tah Rudiger
Kroos Andrich

Their defence and central midfield, all well and truly in the habit of winning, this season and beyond. All play for Real Madrid or Leverkusen. Then there's Wirtz as well, also Leverkusen.

Fullkrug could be a contender for the golden boot with 2 or 3 starts. He should get starts. If they're too wedded to playing Havertz up front I think they'll regret it.

They might regret starting Neuer as well. It should be Ter Stegen in goal.

Watching the jocks tonight was just like watching us against most teams this last season.
I said the same thing to mi son last neet.I thought the keeper cudda/shudda done better wi the first goal, reminded me of IVO.UTB

Swiss beat Hungary 3-1 today,i thought it was a decent game to watch. The Swiss were the better side by far in't 1st half and were 2-0 up at H/T, but Hungary improved a lot in't 2nd and cudda had a draw until the Swiss scored late on to mek it 3-1.Spain v Croatia next game.Chuffin hell Spain 3-0 up at H/T.UTB

Spain are the best team when they're on their game. It's been the case for years. They just seem to reliably misfire in at least one big game.

It might be Rodri's tournament. He's the best player here, after Mbappe.

Shame the BBC still haven't worked out that screeching loudly like a distressed primate does not make a pundit "funny".

Well Italy got their usual bad start out of the way early doors and recovered to win Spain looked good but it looks like a tournament too far for croatia hard to gauge the Swiss as Hungary were poor

Italy looked very much a Spalletti team, but retreated too much after taking the lead. There's enough to be optimistic about for them, and every reason to think they'll grow the further into the tournament they go. But their ceiling isn't the same, mainly because Chiesa isn't the same. His knee injury has reduced him quite significantly, sadly.
