His team selections and tactics show you that. But as a man, he has been tested and found wanting. Only his ability to kiss the managements arse when it needs kissing keeps him there.
 
To be fair we should be used to it - this has been life under Southgate for as long as I can remember. Nothing manager who's only talent is to keep the players happy apparently.

He has no courage. He showed that with his missed penalty and his management at Boro. He’s a coward.
