I've been watching Spurs, a bit of a shock to their system when they went 2 nil down but they're after coming back into it well. Super Scoddy missed a sitter, hit his own player lying on the ground to deflect it wide with the goal gaping, very funny. 2-1 ht

I see Rubin Kazan have an away goal at Chelsea, if it stays at 2-1 it bodes well for us because they'll have to take a strong side away to ensure progression.
 
Yes, I've watched the Newcastle game on ITV4. Great start, should have been 2 up in the first 15, then hit the post. Benfica got back into it, and it was hairy until HT.

Cisse hit the post just after HT, and, since then, a gift and a penalty have put Benfica in command. 3-1 at present, 3 minutes left.
 
Bale went over pretty badly on his ankle and is having a scan in the morning.

AVB suggesting he may be back in time for the City game
 
It's not the Europa League but that other pokey league that needs two nights to play...

...but, UEFA might freak out if Barca fail to overturn the 1-0 deficit they are currently facing. We all know that they'd love Madrid-Barca in Wembley. I wonder if there will be a dodgy penalty within the next 30 minutes...
 
Also, as it stands, Bayern, Madrid, and Dortmund are three of the final 4. But, I guess our groups weren't too hard, eh?
