Just wondered if anybody could give a little advice, i bought a kids bike on Ebay Saturday night at a buy it now price, but not heard anything from the seller since, i have sent a couple of messages asking when it would be ideal to collect the item but still nothing, i checked the PayPal transaction and that went through instantly :69:
 
Got to give them today and maybe tomorrow - Paypal goes through because of your actions not necessarily their's - and there's no expectation of 'work' on a weekend, so give them till Tuesday evening mate, if not back to you by then paypal/ebay will have their own procedures for you to get your money back if there's still no contact.
 
Cheers Mike dude usually got everything sorted by now when buying in the past tbh, will give them a couple of days though as you say, it just said collection only nothing about work, hopefully they will contact me before i have to go through Ebay/Paypal, strange if that's the case, again cheers for the advice Mike dude appreciated.
 
Yeah, you would just to my ebay. Then the drop down menu will bring up opinions, contacting seller, complaining etc. one of the options is not receiving the goods.

Read on their listing how long they said for delivery as well.

The rules were contact must be made within 5 days , now every one treats it as you must stump up straight away or I'll sue you etc.
Not what it used to be that's for sure
 
I feel ever so guilty, the woman has just emailed me explaining she had wifi problems bit of a coincidence i said i will give them until Friday to let me know if i can collect the bike, i tend to believe her as Wifi can play up but she seems ever so nice and offered me some extra toys for the bab for my troubles bless her
 
You should feel guilty Clive, terrible way to behave, especially when it is nearly Christmas. How could you be so nasty!!!!

lol, nah, with so many gits in the world, it is easy to think you are being ripped off, no foul no harm I say.
 
You will get it sorted Clive. It does happen from time to time. The majority are good on EBay however every so often it does happen. Don't let it put you off buying and selling on their.

It takes about a week to sort as there is a process. However it will sort.
