There is nothing in halal that says animals cannot be stunned prior to slaughter. What is your opinion on kosher?

I am not expecting an answer by the way. To have to admit that the only differences between halal and kosher is the religion of the person carrying out the act (plus a few more potential victims are proscribed under kosher) and that the only one that concerns you is halal, would mean you you would have to admit to yourself that you are the racist you are. Both actually respect the animal far more than our industrial system. I am not a hypocrite, I am opposed to all slaughter of animals.

My point was about the increase in the numbers of no stun kills generalIy. (Numbers not percentages). I didn't mention kosher, but the same applies, though the numbers are much smaller.
They claim to respect the animal, but it seems the no stun protocols which are supposedly closely monitored by the food standards agency are only accepted reluctantly. There is evidence that rules are breached.
What is not industrial abut the scale of slaughter in halal abbatoirs?

Plenty of halal slaughterhouses stun their victims prior to slaughter. As I said above, there is nothing in halal or kosher that proscribes stunning the victim first. Not something that is ever mentioned by right wing people; especially where halal is concerned. Proper halal is very respectful to the animal in that everything is kept calm and prayers are said. There is bad practice (from a caring omni point of view) everywhere. This is more prevalent in non-halal or kosher slaughter houses, western industrial set ups where the victim is just a commodity. The trouble is, it will be these that will pick up the increased business by paying lip service to halal. BTW the video I posted on Sunday was of supposed halal slaughter. I do not think that will have gone down very well at the local mosque. And as I like to cook, I buy the vast majority of spices from the Asian shops on the High Streets. So I see the quantity of meat they sell.
