Have you been to Smugglers Alehouse in Dymchurch or Dungeoness or wherever? That’s supposed to be really good.

No I haven't but driven passed it recently on way to the beach.

Its in new Romney about half way between Dymchurch and dungeness. Not sure if its half way up from Dymchurch or halfway down from dungeness though ;-)

So using the site plotaroute.com I measured the distance walked if you walked drove from the center of New Romney to Dymchurch, and then did the same from the center of New Romney to Dungeness.

If you drive from New Romney to Dymchurch then you get

Feel free to argue if it is in practice quicker to drive to Dungeness as the Dymchurch route is always more jammed then the M25.
