Dyche out

I thought he was supposed to make us horrible and solid and hard to beat. Unless we have the first 11 we look like a bunch of lambs who drank too much pop
Our player recruitment was for nice, fast, skilful players who take risks and put the ball in dangerous areas, fluid attacking and easy on the eye.

Our latest managerial recruitment only knows horrible, hard to beat, percentage football; the diametric opposite of the player recruitment.

Everton fans warned us, and they were spot on.

Hard to imagine how he stays long term if he survives this period

I remember a familiar feeling with hughton in that what is the best possible but realistic future for him now? Maybe we stop leaking goals and draw more games and win a few to stay up. That’s about the best we can hope for

Not much to base hope on that he can motivate and inspire the creative players we spent a fortune on to kick on to the next level as a team.

Not sure that will be enough for EM. Pretty sure he doesn’t get past the summer now

Sure and I can’t fully believe that players like bakwa are as shit as they look. Against that team last night surely he has the ability to try and run at them. We have all seen his videos and apparent skills. He is coached to not risk it?

I think it's fair to say that whatever feel good factor about having him here what with his Forest "connection" and Stone & Woan as his sidekicks has pretty much evaporated.

To be fair, I don’t think we’ve signed a single nice, fast, skillfull player but there’s no doubt in my mind, he should be getting better out of them either way.

The list of absolutely horrific performances just continues to grow week by week…

If we lose away to Brentford which I fully expect, then he will not get past January!

We were all wetting our pants over Bakwa and Ndoye. They every part the skilful attacking 'flare' players we all want.
Dyche seems to have extracted any semblance of these qualities from their performances.
I'd put a wedge on the belief that if Dyche were still at Everton, Grealish would not have had any goal contributions this season and would look shite.

I haven’t seen anything recently to suggest that we are going in the right direction. Indeed the lack of direction is taking us very much in the direction we don’t want to go.

I’d accepted weeks ago that if one of the bottom three pick up some form we will be relegated this season.

Completely agree. I think a lot of fans think our squad is underperforming. The reality is, the majority of our squad isn’t particularly good!

We were and it is possible it’s down to the manager but my pants are now bone dry on those two. Apart from YouTube, I’ve not seen a single ounce of anything that suggests they have anything at all to offer this league.

Yep….agree on grealish as well. Although highly unlikely grealish would have gone there with him in charge.

Ange had 8 games (all comps) W0 D-2 L-6 which saw us out of cup at first attempt.

Dyche Last 8 games (all comps) W1 D-1 L6 which saw us out of a cup at first attempt

I'm staggered why so many, in the teeth of scoreboard evidence and eyeball confirmation, are still thinking this is going to work.
Is it because we came from a very low point with Ange that we are blind to it and are suffering from a form of Stockholm Syndrome??

EM needs to act and bin the 2nd of his fuckups this season, before we go down.

I haven't seen alot of people saying anything is going to work after last night.

Who should be the manager of Nottingham Forest?

Yes the media consensus will be “you can’t sack him, look how bad it was under Ange”…. We’ve simply appointed two awful managers - the only difference is one had no manager bounce because he was arrogant and nobody wanted him, whilst the other did get a bounce and it took a bit longer too coach any football out the players.

Some of these players are crap, but it’s not about individualism that’s making this impossible to watch, it’s the lack of structure, lack of movement, lack of any patterns… all of that is coaching.

I’ve been saying it for weeks - he doesn’t coach the attacking part… he just expects the players to figure it out themselves. Ange is statistically our worse ever manager and I hated him but this is as bad as Hughton.

It’s a fair question.

But if I asked you to do my day job you’d have no clue.

Just like we will have no clue about all of the managers around the world who would do a better job than Sean Dyche.

Pay me a few mill a year and give me a 12 month lead in and I reckon I’d come up with an endless list…

it’ll be a caretaker if he goes, in fact he pretty much is a caretaker.

Bakwa is a good player, he’s rapid and skillful and looks like that Diakahby under Dyche - there must be a reason

People are writing signings off too soon, it's a shit show, very hard to flourish in the environment they are in. I'm not saying they will all be amazing but just not fair to judge.
