Driving from Surrey / London to Coventry?

I'd love to go to Coventry on Tuesday but can't quite make it back to Guildford where I'm now based.

If anybody is driving from this part of the world then would happily contribute generously to your petrol if I could catch a lift with you all or enough of the way (somewhere like Reading) to be able to get back.
 
Appreciate all those who have looked at my request - still hoping someone might be able to help :)
 
Thanks, Sincilbanks. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to get back from Banbury.

I'm not on LCB as I don't have a Facebook account.

I figured it would be tough, there's trains to Marylebone obvs, but it's still a fair old trek from there to Guildford on public transport
 
Thanks. Unfortunately by the time I'd be back in London there are no trains to Guildford.
