Driving experiance

Today I had to go to the Stratford Rd, the Sparkhill area. I have never seen people driving like this. The asian people who live and work in this are some of the worst drivers I've ever seen. I dont know how they passed their test. The seem to think the rules of the road do not apply to them.Traffic lights on red mean carry on. I have never been to a Asian country, but I have a good idea what the driving standards are like, if this morning is anything to go by.

It` s because they`re really close to small heath and everyone`s in a hurry to get as far away from that shithole as possible, before they get dragged in and are made to watch a match.

Sadly, so I've been reliably informed, there are a great many without licenses and therefore also insurance.

Was working in Newcastle a few year ago and round one of the backstreets was a second hand car dealer who was Asian and the most expensive car he had for sale was for £150 some were only £50.There was an endless stream of Asians going in and driving a car away within ten minutes of arrival so not only were they probably driving without insurance but probably driving a death trap.

Nothing new unfortunately. I can remember the same thing back in the late 60s early 70s in Small Heath/Bordesley Green.

No probably about it, one takes a test and shares his licence with others, or one driver will take tests for others, they all look the same so can get away with it :56:

The same applies to taxi drivers, had a good mate on the taxis in Brum, he left when there was a huge influx of asian drivers undercutting other firms, they also use the one license for all method, one taxi licence is shared by two or three others so they can keep that one car working for 24 hours.

With all the ANPR camera's around I can't understand why there isn't more of a crackdown on these illegal opperations, it's almost as if the police are turning a blind eye.

Ha ha Try the Dudley road through Winson green or the Soho rd though Handsworth.

You don't stop on a red light unless its been red for at least 10 seconds , I kid you not.
It's opened my eyes since I lived around here, I've even thought of buying a windscreen camera and making a youtube series .

I often expect to see an Ox and cart or a fucking Elephant coming down the road :17:

Makes you wonder Juan don't it the car dealer was absolutely blatant one of the lads I used to work with lived in Bensham a suburb of Gateshead where there is a very large Jewish community and every year they have a big festival where it's just a massive piss up.After a good few hours on the drink they jump in their cars driving up and down the High street blasting their horns and there's not a copper to be seen.

And right on cue I nearly got mown down tonight by a car who went through a pedestrian crossing on a red.

Guess what nationality he was ?

Thats easy , lets play guess the car , was it German with blacked out windows ?

Lol . No actually it was a battered people carrier of some sort.

Needless to say I gave him the internationally recognised hand signal.
