Dr Shipman vs Two Tier Kier

Come off it, you labelled me a twat the other month. I’d call that coarse. Water off a ducks back and no issue with such language but yet I was the one advised to stick you on ignore for a period.

As for waiting for facts. Again come off it you rarely did that with the conservatives. Be it cake or wallpaper you were all over it. No issue with that but don’t deny it.
Are you sure? Just done a quick search, and it doesn't come up. I rarely if ever label personal insults at other posters. I may suggest that you/they shouldn't behave like a twat (or whatever), but that's not calling them one. Regardless, the word doesn't appear in any post directed to you.

Any road ... she's gone. Resigned. Right thing to do ... though many don't/didn't.

Resigned before sacked. Now let's hear the stuff you used to trundle out...along the lines of fucking lying bastards you used to label the Tories.

I won't hold my breath as you're a loyal foot soldier I'll give you that.

I have to smile at your peculiar (mis)recollection of events.

I don't think I ever criticised anyone for resigning before being sacked. I certainly criticised them when they didn't have the integrity to resign, and even more so when they weren't sacked either.

Whether or not we consider Rayner to have acted with integrity or not, she has (eventually) done the right thing.

As for me being loyal "foot soldier", for the second time, I'll remind you to take a look at post 346 (and for that matter, numerous posts on the "For what it's worth" thread). I don't have a problem calling out both the actions and performance of Labour, ... which is why i get a little frustrated when accused of not doing so.

Fair enough pal but you just seemed to do it with a bit more relish when its blue not red. Anyroad I'm not falling out with you because I respect your opinion, usually.

Sorry Moonay but done the right thing? Maybe my memory is going, but I could have sworn she said on Wednesday she sought specialist tax advise. Perhaps I’m wrong. Now today she says she regrets not doing so. How the hell did she expect to get away with this? Should have resigned days ago with a bit of dignity, but no hung on for dear life in the hope of being exonerated. That’s not doing the right thing. Absolute disgrace and a total hypocrite.

I agree ... to a degree. If she misrepresented her actions, then she's out of order. When I posted the "done the right thing" phrase, I hadn't seen her admission. I still think she's done the right thing though ... even if (too?) late.

Others would still be clinging on by their fingernails.

He won’t. There’s no one to replace her. I implore him to take a lead from Farages book and screw convention and employ an economist specialist before it’s too late.
Farage will be OK ... he's now got (not Dame) Doris Dorries ... even though he's slagged her off in the past. Being hypocritical is second nature to Nige though.
