Darren Moore believes Rovers will have to be at their best to get a result at Blackpool on Tuesday night.

The Seasiders have lost just one of their past six games in Sky Bet League One, and Moore is expecting an entertaining game at Bloomfield Road.

He said: “They got a good result at Portsmouth at the weekend which shows the confidence within the group at present.

"They’ll feel that they are right in the race for a play-off spot and rightly so, it promises to be an exciting game on Tuesday.

“Neil Critchley is guiding his club in the right direction and it’s great to see, he is an example of a young coach being given a chance and making the most of it.”

This latest midweek fixture is Rovers’ third of six on the bounce, and Moore says the busy schedule is another challenge which he feels will improve him as a manager.

He said: “With a normal season you’d probably have had six or seven midweek games whereas we’re already approaching our 12th this time around.

“There is constantly another game on the horizon which means there is a lot more work to do in getting the players ready physically.

“The biggest thing for me is keeping as many players fit as we can and making sure they are moving forward.”

Such a pity Paul. Now what was it called? Errrr--- Anyways, anybody would be welcomed with open arms and a kiss as long as they were a member of an affiliated club. :grinning:

The stat lads will be loving the new xH (expected hamstrings) when they have to start trying to cram all these games in. Unless they do a couple more and just declare
