I think it is a good deal, not too bothered about a buy back clause, he did not strike me as outstanding in the matches I saw him play last season, although apparently with the Huddersfield fans he is the tops, but i cannot see him playing in a City shirt in the future

I think Pep was always going to sign a goalkeeper, may privately think that Bravo was not the keeper he knew at Barca, Willy was toast and i wish him luck at Chelsea.

With two signings under our belt we're probably as far ahead with signings as anybody.

Rags don't seem to know who they're going to sign, still mutterings of De Gea & Real Madrid, Arsenal are perpetually on the brink of signing someone and Liverpool, Spuds and Chelsea have yet to spend anything more than loose change.

Be nice to get another deal done. Maybe the Alves turnabout raised the stakes and we decided there was no time to **ck about before the tour party leaves and so stumped up the extra cash. It is so important to get new players engaged as soon as possible in pre-season preparations so let's hope this goes through.
