I love hunting dogs - Find them very smart and great companions.

When I was younger the night club ones but now I have a Border Collie they're intelligent dogs.

Basset Hound and a Jack Russell! Why? Because I like Basset Hounds and Jack Russell's.

When I was a kid we always had mongrels. One became diabetic and she had to have an insulin injection every day, but she soon knew when it was time to have it and she'd come to you, knowing it was good for her.

In later life my parents had a Staffy then a West Highland Terrier.... white variety.

Jack Russell - dont they run off when you let em off the lead?

Again if you train them properly and socialise them with other dogs of various breeds you won't have a problem.

My Staffy Elvis died a few years ago after a long illness, I'd had him since a pup and he was very old and best for him really.

It was the day under Houllier we went 2 up against Man United and a very teary me assumed the Gods were with us that day ( yep we fucked up as always ).

Now have a mini yorkie cross chihuahua! She's called Libby and is fucking mental - but a great addition to the family.

She's like half cat / half dog, it's hilarious.

Allergic to dogs and cats. Hate it as would love a pet.

I did get a white miniature schnauzer a year or so back, breeder said have a trial as they can be good for people with allergies, he was gorgeous, so intelligent it was amazing (only a little puppy but part of play was when he followed me, we stopped before going into the lounge and I would make him sit, little tap on chest and back. Few times and he just sat at my command, I couldn't believe it, or the look he gave of 'do you mean like this mate ?')

But made me bad, I don't show much emotion, but I had a few tears handing Hendrix back, he'd have been great fun and a nice little companion.

Love a lot of dogs, saw a white boxer dog years back, a real head turner. Properly bread dobermans are very handsome dogs, as are weimerarners. (Can't spell that!)

Holly, a Border Collie, best dogs in the world :)

We have had 2 lovely Rottweillers when I was growing up. 1st one was a bitch 2nd was a dog. Both were the most gentle loving dogs I have ever came across. If I was to ever have a dog myself I would have a Rotty

I am a cat person, but I don't dislike dogs. I would like an Australian Cattle Dog, like the one from Mad Max, but apparently they are a pain in the arse to look after.

My Mrs works for the RSPCA, so we will one day get a rescue dog, but not at the moment, when I am 50 and need the exercise.

jack russels are nice dogs, as are all dogs if they are trained well with decent owners.

We have a German Shepard called Lala... Great dog, Really loyal, a bit stupid but really loving and constantly trying to sit on your lap. I think he forgets how big he is. He isn't keen on black people or asians lol.
