Doe's your Internet Explorer Freeze when you open it?

Anyone have trouble with windows freezing after you open it up?

Tools>Internet Options, Advanced tab, uncheck "Enable third-party extensions". Save your changes. Close ALL open browser windows. Restart your browser...

Been pissing me off for ages, finally Googled its ass, took seconds should have done it ages ago

Yes I was thinking that face. I used Google chrome mainly. I have Firefox also downloaded on my tool bar if Google playing up.

The last time I used internet explorer was when I set up this new laptop last November

Gave up on ie a long time back, got too cumbersome and too many crashes.

None are perfect though. Chrome went through a terrible phase of crashing and opera a few versions back wasn't the most stable. However, prefer (and use them both) them over ie and Firefox.
