Read an interesting article the other day about internet trolls and it said the best way to deal with them is to just ignore them. Don't respond to their posts, don't post in any threads they start.

Apparently they then understandably get bored talking nonsense to themselves and give up.

Not that the article apply's to anyone on here of course :14:

I know I'm breaking a rule here but I feel the need to point out that nobody has replied to this thread before now.........what does that tell us?

 
I have never understood about a troll, all i remember as a kid is they lived under bridges and in some kids storybook,,,,,these so called internet trolls i think am people that like to upset others and follow people about like facebook etc this is what i think of as a troll but i just don't get the fascination on them just ignore anybody that pizzes you off then thats it done same as real life i don't argue anymore i just blank any tit that pizzes me off and i feel great about it some don't like being ignored others do need growling at though i have found specially the bastads that barge into you with a rude boy attitude in town,,,,,i hate them bastads and would love to nut em
 
Oh blimey I remember those troll things in deano's picture from when I was a kid about 100 years ago.

I also recall care bears, my little pony and a cartoon for some reason called gummy bears,,,bouncing here there and everywhere proper 80's cartoon.
 
The three Billy Goats Gruff was the story with the troll in Clive.
