60million - £100 dollars looking across reports lol

According to the terms of the offer, 99m dollars will go directly to the German state, with the remainder to a German charity that looks after terminally-ill children.

:10:

Love the bit about it not implying guilt to make a payout.

You do not pay that much out unless....

And I'll be buggered if I'm going to finish that sentence, I don't have enough money to get out of a court case like some seem to.

Vile isn't it?

But then, he's always come over a pretty vile person to me!

A perfectly legal way of doing business in the court room there though - what utter arse tripe came up with that one.

Suppose when you have that much money though it's an option to get it out the way, not sure on the case, but did catch an interview with him saying he probably took the wrong option because the Judge had said in his view they had a very flimsy case anyway.

Just loved the way it was painted as a charity thing to begin with, and then the State get 99 our of the 100 lol

There must be a lot of skeletons in his cupboard , he said about the alleged bribe he paid to the banker that it was the way business was done in the good old days .

He's worth £2.5bn, he probably won't even notice the money missing out of his bank. Pathetic really being allowed to pay off a bribery case.
