Did you cheer when blackburn scored?

No , any goal against villa is a bad one. End of.
To be fair I was upper tier left of goal as you look and nobody near us cheered their goal.

No, because

1- i would never do such a ridiculous thing.
2- at the time i had a sealant gun in my hand re-sealing my windows at home and i would have squirted everywhere (the sealant obviously!)

No one cheered where I was , to be fair by the time they scored a lot of the Blackburn cheering from our fans had died down.

I f anyone did cheer though they should be ex-communicated.

The whole pro - Blackburn nonsense seemed to evaporate once SHA went 1 up , thankfully.
It's one of the weirdest away games I've done in terms of mixed vibe.

If you did , you are no better than the pond life you want to get relegated.

Jees, get off your high horse there, John Paul II.

Some fans had a laugh and you call them pond life.

This is another pathetic I'm-a-better-fan-than-you thread.

Still and all, Bodybutter, you'd have to agree that, based on their behaviour, some of our fellow supporters would not do very well on "Mastermind".

Quite right. There's been nothing rational about supporting our club for the past few years.

The referee blows his whistle to start ANY Aston Villa game and my love of the Villa kicks in and I only ever want one outcome.

That love and support are far superior to my dislike of those people across town but It's still nice to see their demise when it happens.

No. Thought it was really poor to be honest.

What I did find odd is the woman in front of me was, I didnt say anything to her, its her perogative.

However, when Kodjia went down and i shouted "for god sake all you need to do is roll over and you are off the pitch" she had pleasure in telling me I should support the players !!!! - the cheek of it !!!.

Anyway, the way i looked at it, I wanted us to win, i was raging at the so called performance. I was peed off we didnt win.

If the Blues had of lost , then i suppose it would have been an amusing consolation but i just cant understand people spending all that money to notbgive a toss

One or two who were cheering blackburn also thought kodja was faking it when he went down injured.

Still to this day I think it's ridiculous how much time our fans spend singing anti-Birmingham songs. They belt out that "Birmingham are you listening" song about three times as much as anything else. It's almost always the first song after we score... How about some pro-Villa stuff? The last decent one was about Spinksy and Birchy etc. The fact that we spend so much time on Blues just shows we are as obsessed about their failure as we are about our own success. In the 80s and 90s the pre-game was spent with a song for virtually every player during the warm-up. Does that still happen?

No , it doesn't gmvillain , but back then you could relate to the players , whereas now there is no connection.

The reaction after the Derby win says it all really. The highlights of supporting the Villa incarnation of recent seasons is just about beating a poor B'ham City and beating the occasional poor championship team.

I can't imagine cheering for any goal scored against Villa, and it's a fucking embarrassment seeing it all over social media. We're laughing stocks yet again, but this time because of a few fans, :26: :26: :26:
