England has no right to free speech, and arguably freedom of expression only applies to the arts and journalism. A right to free protest and gathering doesn't apply to what comes out your mouth or your actions whilst protesting or gathering when in public.
Even hanging on EU Human Rights, it's more about holding an opinion and imparting/receiving similar in private as opposed to public.
