Derby ticket allocation - rags moan

It seems the rags are upset about their ticket allocation for the up coming derby at the Etihad. The away fans numbers are being reduced by 200 to 2,800 on safety advice (there have been issues previously with persistent standing it seems).

Considering they failed to take up their full allocation last time this really does seem like the whiniest of whines.

Hope they enjoy the Fight for Second Place today.

I'm surprised they would want to be there although 'fair play' to them as at least they are embracing their masochist tendencies and not hiding behind the sofa with the curtains closed.

I do have sympathy for those fans that do want to stand, but also if you are in that section where they do, you either sit down and can't see or have to stand because the twat in front wont sit down.

Time has come for safe areas of standing to be reintroduced, this would up the gate and reduce prices for those supporters.

Besides on a day we are going to/have won the title, why would the rags want to be there to celebrate, It is just sabre rattling, The Club ought to remind them that they did not take up their allowance last time and it was ajusted accordingly.

Perhaps that isn’t a bad model - fail to take up your ticket allocation and the home Club has the right to consider adjusting future allocations :048:

It would be nice to have as many rags present to witness the two opposing styles of football in th flesh. If it transpires that wecan win the title with a victory in this game the media hype will be absolutely insane :029:
