Manchester City are expected to field an under-strength team against Chelsea in the 2016 FA Cup Fifth Round tie at Stamford Bridge tomorrow. But why?

What we dont want is a draw, but for the life of me I just can't see us winning the CL this season, but never say never. The FA Cup is a goner unless Hoodwink plays his reserves

So, never give up, but the cup is a goner? :grin:
 
With a potential meeting of Demichelis and Otamendi versus Neymar, Suarez and the other one then the CL would appear to be a foregone conclusion.

But then again Celina, Barker, Humphreys and Angelino versus Lofthouse-Cheek, Kenedy and whoever else Chelsea have hidden up their sleeve might also prove to be a non starter.

With a rejuvenated Liverpool champing at their collective bit prior to the League Cup final then it looks as though the PL is our most realistic bet for silverware this term.
