Hi guys.

I'm doing Decembeard this year to help raise money and awareness for bowel cancer which is the 2 biggest cancer killer in the UK.

I'm part of a team of 8 of us at my work, none of us have ever had real beards before. I tend to always have a 5 o'clock shadow but thing a week is my longest without a shave previously so a month is gonna be interesting.

Hoping to look like Roy Keane (but hopefully not be as much of a bellend)

Anyway, I know its asking a lot with xmas looming, but if anyone can spare any pennies to donate to this great cause and make it all worthwhile that would be brilliant.

I'm already in the bad books with Nat, as it's her 40th Birthday this month, plus xmas obviously, and she's annoyed I'm gonna be ruining all the photo's with my stupid hairy face. But hey ho, as smashy and nicey would say.... it's for charridy!

Great cause Deano but just sponsored an old friend for the same thing. He had bowel cancer and was given the all clear earlier this year. The medical research basically saved his life so it's a good one to get behind if you pardon the pun.
 
I will do on on Thursday when I am paid Deano. Just give this a bump if it has dropped down to remind me. Won't be loads with this time of the year, however 'every little helps' :14:
 
Thanks guys, yeah appreciate everyone is skint this time of year so please don't feel obliged, even if just 1 person gives a quid it's a quid more than nothing.

Brilliant to hear that your mate got the all clear mate, that's fantastic news and just goes to show that these kinds of things, no matter how stupid, really can make a difference.

lol. Wouldn't get very far with that! But the words Pot, Kettle and Black also sprung to mind.

8 of us on the team and so far 60% of the donations are from my friends, family and collegues! Will be having a word with the other 7 lamo's to pull their fingers out!
