A 3ft LIZARD was dumped in a Birmingham street by a heartless fly-tipper.

The dead reptile was found by a stunned passer-by at the edge of the Hay Barn playing field, off Hob Moor Road, Small Heath , at 2.30pm on Thursday.

The council are going to Monitor the situation.
