David Bridges - Head of Coaching Lincoln City

A quick google sees a number of clubs appointing Head of Coaching roles linked to the academy so, I wonder if it’s a requirement?

Wow. So we have a Head of Coaching as well now?
Seems this is Academy based rather than first team.

As ED states, it seems there are a lot of required positions to fill in the EFL. I don't think it's any coincidence that there are so many appointments going on behind the scenes.

I've just had a look on Cambridge's site for a comparison. They have 12 roles to our 8 at the minute.

EDIT - Of course, the Academies get funding, which presumably pays for these positions.

Not sure if they get all the funding.I thought I thought I read that clubs had to match the grant funding which implies they get half.
