I think they are doing a decent job, however if I was manager I would have set out a plan already, I would already have made signings and I would improve tactics for the new season.

Well suggest you read the local paper and listen in radio lincs, who have articulated DC recruitment strategy for next season. BTW I think it's more than a decent job they have done over the last couple of seasons.

However they do it I'd like to see that date as the deadline for the bulk of signings especially if we sign players with any kind of recent injury record. Obviously there'll always be later opportunities you want to take too though.

me too. there's not much a player can do if he is signed today or on the first day back... unless danny has summer revision folders for them. hard to believe that the first day back is only about two weeks away...

Then after a week here off to Portugal for a week before the first friendly.

Back to the original point.

I wouldn't expect any major moves this week. Players are still on their holidays and it we are looking at some free deals, those players are technically still contracted to their current clubs until the end of June so their moves won't be announced until the end of the month.

Deals will be in place without doubt
