Tweet from West Ham fan The Moose(Talksport), in a discussion over ins-and outs at West Ham this summer. He named 10 players they should let go. When some fans replied -"what about the manager?" He replied

Always wanted Brendan but that ship has sailed. Pellegrini has done ok, but rather have younger more dynamic manager. If Sheff U don’t go up Chris Wilder or Real left field.......the Cowley’s, both massive West Ham fans

These clubs need to realise that Danny’s many faults (as regularly pointed out by managers and fans of other League 2 clubs) mean he is totally unsuited to manage any club other than Lincoln.
Absolutely spot on....

The club has got to where it is despite the managers....

Imagine how well we would have done without them...

We will keep them at Lincoln to help other clubs to continue to do well. We will martyr ourselves on the altar of other clubs' well being... Whilst the sacrifice is great, we will endure - in the firm knowledge of how vital our work is....

.... if and when the boys do move on, Id like to think that they will have had s hand in recruiting the next Imps boss...
A few of us talking about this at work and couple said they believed the replacement/s were already at the club. It would make sense and provide some continuity for someone who is currently learning the Cowley ways.

Jamie McCombe is the obvious one. Would he employ his brother John - successive bros., might be a first in football. Perhaps one of the senior pros like Freck etc. as assistant. In any case let's hope it's a year or five away yet.

Is he suited to management?
