D*rby to be relegated?

Wycombe have said they won’t take legal but will respect the process. Touch of class by them as they aren’t rocking the boat but have hinted at the EFL needing to do something.

It is classy but not sure they had a choice. Would imagine the threat of legal action from wycombe would come if efl dont sanction the sheep strongly enough.

The classy decision would be Derby accepting responsibility and asking to be relegated instead of Wycombe but that will never happen.

Really hope Wycombe bounce straight back up so their fans can experience the Championship properly.

100% this. As with Rotherham they were close to getting a win or draw so many games and there was an obvious togetherness & effort

Compared with sheep, Wednesday, Huddersfield, Birmingham & sadly us, all of which would’ve spent at least double the budget of probably both combined.

Teams will be setting budgets and releasing players etc. They need to know sharpish. Its an absolute farce and they need relegating and setting fire to

Well we know they’ll have to release everyone & have a budget of zero.

I wouldn’t suggest setting fire to anything either the mess they’re in Mel is probably considering burning everything & claiming the insurance

Word down here is takeover with Alonso is now off. Well according to John Percy anyway.

Do you think Mel knew this all along and was stringing it out for some reason. The price has gone down surely?
