Crawley (H): Ticket Thread

Anyone have any info/ideas on why I'm being prompted for a password to get in to buy tickets? And no, not my regular Eventbrite password to log in... once I selected the ticket type a new page comes up with 'Lincoln City v Crawley Town' Password Required.

I thought this might be my membership number... alas it seems not... very frustrating...

Just a glitch. All sorted now.

Pay on the gate available in the Stacey West with 500 sold currently. It would be good to see over 1000 in there at the weekend.

Hopefully a 9000+ crowd?

Over 600 sold in The Stacey West now I have just had a look on Eventbrite! With a few more sales and pay on the day there should be well over 1,000 in there on Saturday.

Reality check for those that think we can sell out the ground without away fans .We cant!

We have sold 650 in the Stacey West so far now plus I would imagine a fair few will opt to pay on the day.

I think the reality is that we can regularly attract around 8,000 to 8,500 home fans at the moment but for the bigger games and as the season goes on if we are still at the top then we could clearly sell more tickets than that.

So I think you are correct but also incorrect because each match/time of year and league position will dictate the ticket demand which at times will be in excess of Sincil Banks capacity.

Bigger games obviously attract more people ( more away fans) But people are saying we can regular sell the ground out now reality check says we cant.Obviously we did for fa cup / checkatrade semi and Macc in national league with few away fans.

Well I think I am pretty content with 8,000 to 8,500 home fans each week in League 2. In League 1 that wuld go up and again in The Championship.

Just think that would have unimaginable 3 years simply the realms of fantasy so just enjoy the moment and be happy where we are because it won't last forever and I for one intend to enjoy it as much as I can :grinning:

8000-8500 is exceptionally for a game round of the mill division four game, we did attract over 9000 imps for boxing day and very nearly 10000 for the final home v Yeovil, can be done but not every game.
